Why buy it

Digital Signing Workspace provides a private browser-based service for preparing documents, inviting signers, placing fields, collecting signatures, and tracking completion. Cli>_ operates the application, PostgreSQL database, one DB-backed persistent storage pool sized by the purchased plan, HTTPS endpoint, selected backups, outbound mail delivery, and initial administrator credential handoff.

Upload and prepare documents, place signature and form fields, invite signers, and follow each document through completion from one private workspace. The service is based on the open-source Documenso Community Edition. It supports ordinary electronic-signature workflows but is not presented as a qualified trust service or as producing qualified electronic signatures. Your organization remains responsible for choosing a signing process appropriate to each document and jurisdiction.

Document signing workflow

• Upload documents and place signature, date, text, checkbox, and other recipient fields.
• Invite recipients and monitor document progress and completion from the workspace.
• Keep completed documents and audit information in the customer-specific PostgreSQL storage pool.

Electronic signature scope

This is a document workflow and ordinary electronic-signature service. It is not a qualified trust service, does not include qualified certificates or qualified signature-creation devices, and is not represented as producing qualified electronic signatures. Confirm legal, identity-verification, retention, and evidentiary requirements for your use case.

What Cli>_ operates

Cli>_ provisions and operates the application, PostgreSQL database and its plan-sized persistent volume, TLS endpoint, outbound mail settings, resource settings, selected backup retention, suspension lifecycle, and initial administrator handoff. Database, encryption, session, signing transport, and certificate material remain internal Secret data and are not returned as customer login credentials.
