Your administrators choose which modules to enable and remain responsible for users, permissions, accounting configuration, legal records, and business process policy.

What Cli>_ operates
Cli>_ provisions and operates the application, MariaDB database, persistent volumes, TLS endpoint, resource controls, operational backups, and initial administrator handoff. Your administrators remain responsible for enabled modules, users, permissions, business records, retention decisions, tax and accounting setup, and regulatory compliance.
Open-source license and source availability
This service is based on the upstream Dolibarr ERP & CRM project, distributed under the GNU General Public License version 3 or later. The upstream source and license are linked below. Contact Cli>_ support with the service ID and deployed version to obtain the exact corresponding source reference and any provider-side modifications if modifications are ever introduced.
Independent hosting service
Dolibarr is referenced only to identify the upstream software. Dolibarr names, marks, logos, and project assets belong to their respective owners. Cli>_ is an independent hosting provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Dolibarr Foundation or project maintainers. The artwork shown here is a neutral Cli>_ illustration and not an upstream mark.
Electronic cloud service delivery
Services are provisioned electronically after payment and onboarding. There is no physical shipping charge.
EU infrastructure with global access
Customer services run primarily on EU/EEA infrastructure. Customers outside Europe, including the US, can order services but should expect cross-region latency. Availability excludes sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions.
Credit and refunds
Prepaid credit can be used for eligible future services. Payments are non-refundable except where mandatory law applies or CLI & Open expressly agrees in writing.
Agent API
Agents can read product data and request quotes through the public API. Commit actions such as payment or order placement require human confirmation.
