Listmonk is delivered as an unmanaged application package. CLIopen keeps the runtime available; after provisioning, the customer receives initial admin access and manages SMTP, sender domains, lists, campaigns, users, and application settings.
Listmonk is a private newsletter and mailing-list application for teams that want to control campaign data and sender infrastructure. The package includes the application runtime and encrypted storage allocation; SMTP providers, sender domains, lists, and campaigns are customer-managed after admin handover.

Use Listmonk APIs and predefined templates for transactional messages. The platform can integrate with email and other messenger interfaces, while outbound email still depends on external SMTP credentials.
SMTP is separate
Listmonk prepares and manages campaigns, subscribers, lists, templates, analytics, and API calls. Actual outgoing email delivery needs SMTP credentials from another provider. We do not provide our own SMTP server for this product yet; a mail-server product will be separate later.

EU infrastructure with global access
Customer services run primarily on EU/EEA infrastructure. Customers outside Europe, including the US, can order services but should expect cross-region latency. Availability excludes sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions.
Credit and refunds
Prepaid credit can be used for eligible future services. Payments are non-refundable except where mandatory law applies or CLI & Open expressly agrees in writing.
Agent API
Agents can read product data and request quotes through the public API. Commit actions such as payment or order placement require human confirmation.
