Οι υπηρεσίες υποστήριξης πελατών λειτουργούν κυρίως σε υποδομές εντός της ΕΕ/ΕΟΧ. Οι πελάτες εκτός Ευρώπης, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των ΗΠΑ, μπορούν να παραγγείλουν υπηρεσίες, αλλά θα πρέπει να λάβουν υπόψη τους την πιθανή καθυστέρηση λόγω της γεωγραφικής απόστασης.
