De diensten worden elektronisch aangeboden na betaling en inrichting. Er zijn geen kosten voor fysieke verzending.
EU-infrastructuur met wereldwijde toegang
De klantenservice draait voornamelijk op infrastructuur in de EU/EER. Klanten buiten Europa, inclusief de VS, kunnen diensten bestellen, maar er moet rekening worden gehouden met eventuele vertragingen tussen regio's. De beschikbaarheid is uitgesloten voor gesanctioneerde of verboden rechtsgebieden.
