This service is based on Chatwoot Community Edition v4.16.2, the MIT-licensed Community Edition. It includes a private HTTPS endpoint, encrypted attachment storage, PostgreSQL, Redis, and secure initial administrator credential handoff. SMTP is not preconfigured, so email inboxes, outbound email notifications, and password recovery are unavailable until an operator configures SMTP. Enterprise-only and white-label capabilities are not included.

Email requires operator configuration
SMTP is not configured by default. Email inboxes, outbound email notifications, invitations that require email delivery, and password recovery do not work until an operator configures and verifies SMTP.

The service is based on Chatwoot Community Edition v4.16.2 under the MIT License. Enterprise-only features and white-label claims are not included. Required notices remain intact.

Οι πελάτες εκτός Ευρώπης, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των ΗΠΑ, μπορούν να παραγγείλουν υπηρεσίες, αλλά θα πρέπει να λάβουν υπόψη τους την πιθανή καθυστέρηση λόγω της γεωγραφικής απόστασης. Η διαθεσιμότητα δεν ισχύει για περιοχές που υπόκεινται σε κυρώσεις ή απαγορεύσεις.
Πίστωση και επιστροφές χρημάτων

Agents can read product data and request quotes through the public API. Commit actions such as payment or order placement require human confirmation.
